~ begins with a walkthrough of your home, inside and out.  We provide a complete assessment of the property, paying close attention to what should be done and what is the highest priority.  A summary of the appointment will be prepared and emailed or mailed for you to follow as you begin the staging process..it's as simple as that.

 ~ if after the Initial Consultation you need us to shop for you for items outlined on the summary, we can do that too.  We know that your time is valuable so we offer this service to make things more convenient but it's possible to do your own shopping as well and often times the summary will list potential places to find the items suggested. Or maybe you've completed the shopping and all the items on the Staging Summary and need us to come in and "tweak" it a bit, especially before your first open house...we can do that too in your Follow-Up Consultation.

~ we know that getting your home ready for the market can be overwhelming and often times it's difficult to get the people you need to do the work at a price that's affordable.  We can either work with your subcontractor's or we can provide them for you....which ever you choose our goal is to get it done within your budget and in a timely manner.  We have partnered with R&R Construction Inc., of Minneapolis to assist in getting even smaller projects done, but if it entails more extensive work - they can handle that too!
